My husband and I had just moved from the West Coast to Austin and had no idea what we were doing trying to purchase our first home. Jenny was so responsive and so knowledgeable about the entire Greater Austin area. She helped us narrow down an area that would be well suited to our needs and went through all the options: new build vs resale. The Austin real estate market has been super crazy - homes being sold the same day they are listed, all-cash offers, way over asking price, etc. We sort of felt like we wouldn't be able to buy something within our budget that we loved. But Jenny reached out to numerous builders and communities and she found us the perfect new build spec home in North Austin, that we didn't even know was available!
